Five stars for the pedicure. It was great. Carolina did an amazing job, very thorough. Toes looked and felt wonderful. ONE STAR for ridiculous and expensive upcharges that I didn’t request, including an INSANE $5 charge for “round nails.” I have always, always had “round” or “oval” nails, for over 30 years, in three states, and have NEVER paid extra. This is an outrage, and why I won’t return. Also, I came in for a fill, but Carolina immediately began removing my acrylics, resulting in a charge for a full set. Not what I wanted. Then I said I had an appointment and needed to leave. She put gel on my nails and charged me extra for that. Because it dries faster. It wasn’t clear that it would cost more, because her English is limited. Then the rude salon owner asked me if I had cash for the tip. They could have had a steady customer, but they blew it with the ridiculous extra charges. Very greedy, especially the extra charge for “round nails.” Will never return. Too bad, because I did like the pedicure, and my nails looked great, too. I just dislike greed and sneaky upcharges.

I am a new client at Lunita Nail. The new owner is Yolanda she is a special woman. Cares about her client and I should. From calling up for my appointment to walking in the front door the customer service was excellent. My nail technician took time on my pedicure and acrylic fill with gel polish. I found them very knowledgeable of products and very helpful in picking out my color. Best part of the pedicure and Fill was the massage my nail tech gave me such an excellent foot massage it was amazing. That is one of the most important things to me. I will continue to come here and I suggest you do to.
